Anger Management: Multi-Week Program

Our Anger Management class is designed especially for individuals who want to learn how to manage their anger in a healthy way. Participants in this workshop will learn how to:

  • Identify the causes of your anger
  • Identify and learn how to avoid anger triggers
  • Identify your anger styles and the functions and consequences
  • Learn to ask for what you want without anger
  • Learn to develop less destructive ways of dealing with anger
  • Learn healthy ways to use anger to address issues of justice and fairness respecting your values
