NOW LIVE: TRANSCENDING TRAUMA’S NEW WEBSITE
Since 1991, the Transcending Trauma Project, as part of Council for Relationships, has conducted 305 in-depth life histories with 98 Holocaust survivors, their children and grandchildren to better understand coping and adaptation after extreme trauma. The project has produced 1,200 hours of interviews, which are permanently preserved as digital files, two books and several articles on project findings.
As the Transcending Trauma Project has grown, a new website has been created to house a multitude of project-related materials to showcase the exemplary work completed to date. The new website contains: podcasts; excerpts of interviews with Survivors; research findings; publications; videos related to other genocides and more.
