Dr. Dillinger (she/her) partners with patients to work towards their goals with a combination of therapy, lifestyle modifications, and medication. Her treatment philosophy is flexible and prioritizes that a person understands what they are experiencing and why they might decide to engage in any particular treatment.
While she has particular interest and training in reproductive psychiatry (perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, infertility, fetal and infant loss, pregnancy/postpartum, traumatic birth, menopause, etc.), she has experience and interest in a wide variety of psychiatric illnesses.
She graduated from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and completed her general psychiatric training at the University of Maryland/Sheppard Pratt Program in Baltimore, MD. She is perinatal mental health certified (PMH-C) by Postpartum Support International.
