Return to In-Person Therapy Survey
As the CFR In-Person Therapy Task Force discusses how to approach the complex considerations involved in returning to work in Council offices, we are interested in hearing from you. Please know we consider a return to in-person work to be based on each clinician’s comfort level and support your decision to do what is right for you; you will not be expected to return to in-person work with clients or provide teletherapy from CFR offices until you feel ready. We also envision an ongoing hybrid model of providing therapy post-covid.
We are asking for your input below as a way to gauge interest in returning to in-person work and to better understand how to support staff and clients as we transition to this new phase of working in the pandemic. Your feedback is anonymous and appreciated. If you have more to share, additional questions or concerns, or would prefer to discuss the topic, please reach out to Jane Summers or Emma Steiner.

If your office were open to see clients either virtually or in-person, how many hours per week would you estimate would be for IN-PERSON clients, and what month might that begin for you?
In the future, what percentage of your caseload do you anticipate remaining virtual, even if there were an in-person option (this can be based on your comfort level as well as that of your clients)?
If your clients want to see you in person, have they expressed to you what they would need to happen in order to do so? Please describe.
