This workshop provides you with a way to move from being single to connecting and committing with a new partner.  You will learn that searching is not the chore you think it is.

The goal of this workshop is to provide with you the support you need to find and create the loving relationship you want. We will provide you with practical tools to develop the profile of the one you are looking for and guidelines for a path that you can follow without wasting time, energy, and money. This workshop is a safe space to explore the challenges you have faced navigating the complex world of dating and how to find the one you are looking for. You will finish this workshop with a better understanding of where you came from, what and who you are looking for, and how to find them.  


In this workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Recognize old patterns and pitfalls
  • Set your priorities for dating and partnership
  • Identify your physical, emotional, and mental needs
  • Take control of first date nerves
  • Determine when is the right time to be physically intimate with a new partner
  • Identify your ideal partner profile
  • Explore the 7 criteria for the partner you’re looking for
  • Ask the right questions on the first date
