Caitlin Dunbar is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New Jersey. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State and a Master of Family Therapy degree from Drexel University, where she trained to work systemically with individuals, couples, and families. Caitlin works with an array of issues including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, transitional life stages, and interpersonal conflict.

In addition to working with couples and adults, Caitlin has extensive experience working with children and adolescents. She understands that it can be difficult for children to express themselves and their emotional needs, thus therapy can provide a safe space for them to strengthen those skills and build their confidence. Caitlin assists families’ in opening lines of communication to foster stronger connections. She has a passion for working with children and teens to navigate and cope with personal struggles relating to ADHD, self-harming behaviors, separation or divorce, as well as peer and school related stressors. Caitlin is LGBTQ+ friendly and seeks to create a welcoming environment for all.
