Erica Rand is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Master’s in Social Work and Human Sexuality Education from Widener University. She has extensive experience in working with adolescents, young adults and couples to address concerns around mental health and behavioral change. Erica strives to be an LGBTQ ally and a poly-affirming practitioner and is determined to create a safe space for the clients she works with. Erica specializes in helping clients discuss issues related to depression, anxiety, sexual orientation, gender identity, relationship or sexual concerns, communication building, and life transitions.

Deciding to begin counseling can feel overwhelming, even daunting. Yet, facing your challenges creates personal growth, increases self-esteem, and has a positive effect on your relationship with yourself and others. Erica has a collaborative style with individuals and couples, which allows clients to feel safe in exploring their emotions and values at their own pace. She integrates therapeutic modalities like solution-focused, mindfulness, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral methods. This allows for a more personalized treatment to help clients find self-awareness and achieve their goals.
