Sarah Epstein is a couple and family therapist who works with couples and individuals in Center City, Philadelphia. Her areas of expertise include couples issues, depression and anxiety, quarter-life crises, grief and loss, trauma, and family conflict. She also works specifically with physician couples, an area in which she has researched and published extensively.

Clients are drawn to Sarah’s active, thoughtful participation in therapy and the way she both challenges and supports clients through their most difficult moments. Sarah uses integrative, evidence-based approaches including emotionally-focused therapy, mindfulness, cognitive therapy, and Gottman method couples therapy.
