Attendance Policy
In order to receive APA credits, attendance must be verified at the end of a workshop. Failure to do so within the designated time will result in a $25 fee to receive your certificate at a later date.
Our workshops are intimate and active participation is expected. All attendees should keep their camera on for the duration of the workshop. If you have questions or require accommodations, please contact Professional Development Manager, Kristine Seitz, MEd, MSW, LSW.
Refund Policy
A full refund and/or credit towards a future workshop or conference is available up to one week prior to the scheduled date of the training, subject to a $10 administrative fee.
All online workshops are currently synchronous and require attendance at the scheduled date and time. Individuals who register for an online workshop and are unable to attend may request a refund or credit towards a future workshop within the previously stated timeframe.
Council for Relationships reserves the right to refuse any refund requests outside of the specified time period.
