Jessica Willingham (she/her/hers) rejoined Council for Relationships (CFR) in 2025 as Chief Growth & Engagement Officer (CGEO). She previously served as CFR’s Marketing Manager and later as Marketing Director from 2020 to 2022, leading brand strategy and outreach efforts. She remained involved with the organization as a member of the Marketing & Communications Committee of the Board since 2023.

Jessica began her career in government serving as Press Secretary for Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, under now-Governor Josh Shapiro, where she oversaw county-wide communications. She then joined the Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board, where she created the Arts Montco brand to promote the region’s arts and culture sector, oversaw government relations, and built strategic partnerships to enhance community engagement. Most recently, she was Vice President of Marketing at Crumdale Specialty, where she led marketing strategy and business development efforts.

With a deep commitment to mission-driven work, Jessica is passionate about increasing access to mental health services and strengthening community connections. As CGEO, she leads CFR’s Marketing and Development team, focusing on brand strategy, fundraising, and business growth to expand CFR’s reach and impact.
