Academic support services are provided to support your involvement in the Post Graduate Certificate Program and to contribute to your successful completion of academic tasks and professional goals. Program administration plans the academic calendar, solicits my time availability and informs me of the dates for my course or for supervision in a timely fashion.

The academic administrator requires the submission of my course syllabus one month before the course begins in order to distribute to PG interns so that they are prepared for the beginning of the course.

As an Instructor I receive the course roster, attendance sheet and intern contact information before the beginning of my course and as a Supervisor I receive information about my supervision match within a week or two of the beginning of supervision. This provides time for us to confirm our schedule and meeting circumstances.

Grade Forms are distributed in a timely fashion and they are completed and returned to the Academic Administrator when interns have completed their requirements, which is within a month of the end of the course. If there are factors affecting the prompt submission of Grade Forms, these are addressed in consultation with the administrator.

The Post Graduate Program is well organized and run effectively.

The three Faculty Forums which are scheduled annually and involve all faculty, serve to inform me of program issues, changes or concerns. These meetings involve me in problem solving and decision making about programmatic issues when relevant. The review of students helps me understand the students and their particular needs as I prepare my course or prepare to engage in supervision.
