Many adults in rural Pennsylvania carry the weight of depression, anxiety, or loneliness without access to consistent support. This group therapy for depression and anxiety is offered as a virtual group therapy program so you can connect with others who understand these challenges — all from home. Long drives, limited providers, financial strain, and the worry of being seen seeking help can make care feel out of reach.
You must be a Pennsylvania resident to join this therapy group.
People living in rural communities often face unique barriers to getting mental health care. Provider shortages, transportation challenges, aging populations, and overburdened healthcare systems can make it hard to secure an appointment. Stigma can add another layer of difficulty, especially in small towns where privacy can feel limited.
This therapy group is designed to bring care closer. It gives participants a supportive place to explore emotions, build coping skills, and connect with others who share similar experiences of depression, anxiety, and isolation. You’ll gain tools that help you feel more grounded and supported in daily life.
This group is designed for adults who:
You do not need previous therapy experience. This group meets you where you are.
