Refund Policy

A full refund and/or credit towards a future workshop or conference is available up to one week before the scheduled date of the training, subject to a $10.00 administrative fee.

All online workshops are currently synchronous and require attendance at the scheduled date and time. Individuals who register for an online workshop and cannot attend may request a refund or credit towards a future workshop within the previously stated time frame.

Council for Relationships reserves the right to refuse any refund requests outside of the specified time period.
