Caroline believes that meaningful therapeutic work begins with genuine connection and a relationship grounded in safety, trust, and honesty. She is an integrative, systemically trained therapist who serves young children and their families, individuals, and older adults. Caroline considers how family dynamics, cultural and societal messages, and generational patterns influence the ways individuals relate to others, view themselves, and navigate their lives.
Caroline leads with warmth, curiosity, and compassion, creating an environment where clients feel safe, supported, and valued as they work toward their goals. With more than 18 years of experience in the fine arts, Caroline draws on her knowledge and experience as an artist to incorporate expressive and play-based practices into her therapeutic work when appropriate. She values the ways these approaches can offer clients additional forms of communication and expression when their thoughts, feelings, or experiences may be difficult to express verbally.
Caroline was raised in Southern New Jersey and currently resides in Philadelphia. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Photography from Barry University and a Master of Family Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. As a lifelong right-leg amputee, her lived experience informs her understanding of the diverse ways people navigate identity, resilience, and life’s challenges. Outside of her clinical work, Caroline is passionate about animal welfare and volunteer work and is an avid reader.
