Are you struggling with developing and maintaing thriving relationships? Perhaps you are experiencing depression, anxiety, social isolation, or a sense of general distrust of others. Then, CFR’s new support group, Strengthening Connections Group, is for you!

Join us for a free virtual information session on Thursday, September 5, 2024, from 6 – 7 pm EST. To register, complete the form below. We will discuss the following topics at the information session:

Thursdays, 6:00-7:30 pm EST (12 weekly sessions):

October 31st* (may flex based on holiday conflicts)

Meeting Location

All 12 sessions will occur in person at Council for Relationships’ University City office.
