The University City Office of Council for Relationships is located at 4025 Chestnut Street. Chestnut Street is a one-way street going east. The building is directly opposite the University of Pennsylvania police station. After 7:00 pm, you can park underneath the building
Directions
From Center City:
Follow Market Street west to 42nd Street and turn left at the light (Pep Boys on the right and Midas on the left). From 42nd, turn left onto Chestnut (first traffic light) and proceed 1 1/2 blocks to 4025 Chestnut Street, directly across the street from the Penn police station.
From the Northeast:
Take 95 South to the Center City exit. Take the Vine Street Expressway (676W) to exit for International Airport and 30th Street. Proceed around 30th Street Station, following the signs to Market Street. Make a right onto Market Street. Follow Market Street west to 42nd Street and turn left at the light (Pep Boys on the right and Midas on the left). From 42nd, turn left onto Chestnut (first traffic light) and proceed 1 1/2 blocks to 4025 Chestnut Street, directly across the street from the Penn police station.
From New Jersey:
Cross the Ben Franklin Bridge to the Vine Street Expressway (676W). Take 676 West to the the 30th Street exit. Follow 30th Street around the train station up to Market Street. Turn right on Market Street. Follow Market Street west to 42nd Street and turn left at the light (Pep Boys on the right and Midas on the left). From 42nd, turn left onto Chestnut (first traffic light) and proceed 1 1/2 blocks to 4025 Chestnut Street, directly across the street from the Penn police station.
From Wilmington:
Take 95 North to Philadelphia 76 West exit. Take 76 West to the South Street exit. Turn left at the light and proceed west on Spruce Street to 42nd Street. Turn right on 42nd Street and proceed to Chestnut Street, where you must turn right. 4025 Chestnut Street is approximately 1 1/2 blocks up on the left, directly across the street from the Penn police station.
