Carla Krash provides a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space in her work with individuals to explore difficult feelings and life situations. Ms. Krash’s style is conversational and informal as she works with clients who are experiencing a range of challenges including low self-esteem, feeling stuck in relationships or professional life, anxiety/fear, depression, loneliness, parenting difficulties, grief and loss, and life transitions. Ms. Krash works collaboratively with her clients to focus on what is currently going on in their lives, using a problem-solving style to create the desired change. With Ms. Krash’s support, clients identify goals that are vital, realistic, and achievable.
A graduate of the Bryn Mawr School of Social Work and Social Research, Ms. Krash has worked clinically in community mental health and acute outpatient therapeutic settings. Ms. Krash’s extensive background as an artist and designer enhances her appreciation for the creativity and uniqueness inherent in all of her clients. She is an ally to the LGBTQ+ community.
