I am passionate about helping clients strengthen connections, whether with themself, with others, or both. I have an integrative approach to therapy, which means I adapt the therapeutic process to the unique needs of each client. In sessions, I pull from trauma-informed and person-centered frameworks such as relational, narrative, emotionally focused, systemic, and somatic therapies. It is important to me that therapy is a space where empathy, directness, genuineness, and sometimes humor can thrive. Overall, I aim to collaborate with you to identify and achieve your therapy goals.
After almost a decade of working in art museum education, I switched paths to a career as a therapist. This led me to Philadelphia, where I earned my master’s in social work at the University of Pennsylvania—which included an internship at Council for Relationships! Now, in addition to my role as a staff therapist, I am a member of the Community Partnerships Initiative team where I support efforts to increase access to mental health care for marginalized communities in Philadelphia. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and baking, creating art, visiting museums, and spending time by large bodies of water, especially the ocean.
I offer all potential clients a free, 15-minute phone consultation to determine if I fit your needs. Please use the form or phone number below to get in touch if you have any questions or are ready to begin working together. I look forward to hearing from you!
