Hello! I am Reid Cilley, a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families to support them through their healing journeys. My goal is to provide trauma-informed care that considers the unique context in which each person exists. I work with you to develop areas such as defining boundaries, strengthening communication skills, self-acceptance, and navigating everyday stressors. As a therapist, I am systemically trained to consider the social and environmental factors that impact your life. I believe that our personal autonomy is a powerful driving force that can lead to desired, long-lasting change and self-understanding.
My approach is warm and relational. I hope to create a safe and affirming space where all identities feel welcome. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities into my work, such as Narrative, Bowenian, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Collaboration is an important part of therapy, and I always encourage you to share your thoughts and feedback with me. My views and practices are informed by my belief in social justice, intersectionality, and harm reduction.
I offer free 15-minute phone consultations for potential clients to determine if I would be a good therapeutic fit for their needs. If this interests you, please feel free to send me a brief email to schedule a call before solidifying an appointment.
Fees: $$
Reid is willing to talk with new clients about the potential for a lower hourly rate dependent on that client’s income; please reach out by phone or email for a discussion. Reid is a pre-licensed marriage and family therapist working under the supervision of a licensed clinician.
