Healthy Relationships and Wellness
Council for Relationships offers relationship education and personal empowerment classes to help individuals heal, grow, and thrive in the areas of their lives that are most important. Our Healthy Relationships and Wellness programs help clients develop a sense of self, as well as learn new and effective ways to deal with the natural challenges of relationships and life transitions. Attendees are people who want to improve their relationship skills, learn how to manage emotions, foster personal growth, relieve stress and anxiety, and live healthier lives. All of our programs are taught by CFR’s experienced Staff Therapists.
