Jawanna Todd brings extensive experience in healthcare human resources, with a background spanning recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement. She has supported HR operations at organizations including Guardian Dentistry Partners, Quality Angels Home Care Agency, and Moravia Health, where she specialized in HR assessment and compliance.

Throughout her career, Jawanna has led HR functions across diverse care settings, including residential care homes and large healthcare practices, where she developed systems to streamline processes, strengthen employee experience, and balance organizational needs with fairness and empathy. She is passionate about creating inclusive, supportive workplace cultures and serving as a trusted liaison between leadership and staff.

At Council for Relationships, Jawanna serves as HR Generalist and is committed to building people-centered processes that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and is dedicated to advancing her expertise in HR strategy and organizational development. Outside of work, she values her roles as wife, mom, sister, and aunt, which fuels her commitment to supporting people in all aspects of their lives.
