The workshop offers tools to strengthen communication, manage stress, and stay connected as partners while preparing to co-parent.

Led by Amy Jones, MSW, MFT, LCSW, PMH-C—Couples and Family Therapist at Council for Relationships and Director of CFR’s Women’s Psychological Health Services—this workshop helps couples stay connected, communicate effectively, and build a strong foundation for parenting as a team.
