Working in hospitality asks a lot of you. You stay calm under pressure, manage changing schedules, and handle constant customer needs. Over time, that stress can build up and spill into sleep, mood, and relationships. This hospitality industry therapy group offers a consistent place to talk openly, feel understood, and build healthier ways to cope.

In this group, participants will share and process their own struggles and relate them to those of other members. You will explore the emotions you experience in hospitality work and the coping strategies you use to get through shifts. Some strategies help in the moment, but they can hurt over time. With support from the group, you can take steps toward personal and relational growth.

Schedule & Cost

  • Format: Virtual
  • When: Fridays, 12:30 PM–2:00 PM
