Beginning therapy can feel daunting, and I appreciate the vulnerability it takes to start. My work centers on intimacy, identity, and connection, helping people make sense of the places they feel most stuck. Whether you are struggling in your relationship, carrying the weight of betrayal or loss, or feeling out of step with your own body or desires, therapy can provide a space to sort through confusion and move toward something more grounded and true.

I specialize in sexuality and relationships in all their forms. Much of my practice involves conversations that can be difficult to start: mismatched desire, intimacy that feels out of reach, shame around sex or identity, the loneliness of disconnection, or the frustrations of modern dating. I also support people navigating grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and the exhaustion that comes with burnout or ongoing stress.

My approach is collaborative and systemic, meaning we look not only at your individual experiences but also how your family, past relationships, communities, culture, and history shape your current relationships. I draw from parts-based, emotionally focused, and narrative therapies to uncover patterns, tend to what is underneath, and practice new ways of relating without shame or judgment.

I am sex-positive, LGBTQIA+, kink, and CNM affirming. I stay committed to challenging systemic racism and practicing antiracism with attention to how different identities intersect. For me, that means reflecting often, listening closely to feedback, and leaning into discomfort.

I welcome individuals, couples, and people in diverse relationship structures. If you are considering therapy, I am glad you are here, and I would be happy to connect and together see if we are a good fit.
