I am passionate about helping adults of all ages navigate the transitions in their lives, approaching my work from the perspective that we all seek to realize our full potential. I help clients find solutions to what’s blocking their path and compromising their joy. I have been successful in helping people, including those in the LGBTQ+ community, who are struggling to find their sense of identity as they seek to recover from the trauma of invalidating families and cultures. I work with many couples to break their cycle of defensive communication and experience the rewards of emotional intimacy.

I came to the counseling field as a career changer, having spent 18 years as an executive in corporate finance. In 2008, I decided to change the course of my personal and professional life, relocated from CA to PA, and became a therapist to help people live their lives as fully and authentically as possible.
