Welcome, and thank you for your interest in learning more about my practice. I work collaboratively with clients to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where together we can explore the challenges and issues you would like to address in therapy. My experience and interests include working with clients on a variety of issues related to grief, loss, and bereavement; depression and anxiety; life transitions; work/life balance; parenting; communication dynamics; and relationship challenges. I strive to meet my clients where they are starting from by utilizing an integrative approach that draws upon psychodynamic, narrative, emotionally focused, and systems theories and models. Together, we will look at the unique mix of situational, relational, experiential, and personal factors which have an impact on current functioning. I believe that my caring, curious, and empathic approach helps the individuals and couples I work with to gain greater clarity about the internal strengths, resilience, and coping resources they possess and can draw upon. The mix of kindness, compassion, and hope that is cultivated during our sessions creates an optimal condition for growth and healing as you work towards your therapeutic goals.

I am a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology granted by the University of Pennsylvania and earned both a Master’s and PhD in Psychology from the University of Michigan. Most recently, I completed the Postgraduate Certificate Program in Marriage and Family Therapy at Council for Relationships.

I am available for online therapy and also work with clients in person at our Paoli location. If you have questions about beginning therapy or are interested in scheduling an appointment, please complete the form below or call me at 215-382-6680 ext. 7028.
