Kathy Klein provides a warm, empathetic, and responsive environment for individuals working to understand themselves better and change their lives. Kathy believes that relationships with others and various communities create a complex foundation for understanding who we are. The work of taking care of ourselves is challenging, brave, and meaningful. She supports clients in this space to connect all parts of their past and present to their sense of self, strength, and agency. Kathy will hold space for her clients to heal, grow, and change as she works alongside them in the therapeutic process.
Kathy specializes in working with young adults who struggle with their mental and emotional health, life transitions and stressors, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, identity formation, self-image and self-esteem issues, and grief and loss. She uses an integrative approach to treatment based on each individual’s needs and goals.
Kathy earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware, her MSeD from Johns Hopkins University, and MSM from the University of Pennsylvania.
