If you’re feeling down or stuck in life patterns that no longer serve you, you’ve landed in a space where positive change begins. I specialize in supporting individuals, families, and couples dealing with addiction, bringing the invaluable perspective of long-term sobriety to my practice. As an LGBTQ+ ally, I am passionate about creating a safe and inclusive space for everyone.

In our time together, I approach therapy with respect and a supportive demeanor, guiding you through anxieties and helping improve relationship dynamics. My focus is on assisting clients in discovering their path toward a more fulfilling life, which may involve gaining new perspectives or making meaningful changes that bring about peace, health, and joy.

As your therapist, I am a compassionate listener who recognizes and affirms your strengths. While I offer support, I can also make insightful observations and, when necessary, challenge perspectives respectfully. It is essential to me that our interactions are marked by kindness and understanding.

I find immense joy in being a therapist and having the opportunity to delve into the depths of your life experiences, thoughts, and emotions. In a world that often pushes us to the next thing, my therapy practice is a sanctuary where we take the time to explore your journey meaningfully.

Outside of therapy, I cherish moments with my wife and kids. Whether taking our lovable dog for a walk in the woods, engaging in a game of tennis, or meditating alone or in groups, I find balance and rejuvenation in various activities.

If you’re considering therapy with me, email me to start a conversation. We can have a brief chat or schedule a first session. I am committed to finding an approach that works for you. If it turns out that working with a different therapist is a better fit, I am dedicated to helping you find the right one.

Don’t wait—email me today, and let’s embark on this transformative journey together. Your unique journey is valued and respected here.
