Tracey Tanenbaum, M.Ed, LMFT, AS

The decision to seek therapy is a difficult one, whether you are facing challenges that have been with you for years or have more recently emerged. Ms. Tanenbaum will help you find practical solutions to life’s obstacles and a deeper understanding of the emotional blocks that have held you back. She offers you focus, warmth, and training while gently nudging you towards your treatment goals.

She enjoys working with all clients but has a special interest in adolescents and young adults as well as those facing illness and other emotional life transitions (post-partum, bereavement, career change, breakups). Additionally, she is a queer- and trans-affirming therapist. Before training in Couples and Family therapy, she spent nearly two decades as a public radio producer and host. She will channel the same curiosity and inquisitive spirit from her previous career into her therapeutic relationship with you.

Tracey is an AAMFT-approved Supervisor.
