Hello! Navigating emotions, relationships, and the complexities of lived experiences can feel overwhelming. As a marriage and family therapist, I specialize in working with diverse individuals, couples, and families who seek support on this journey.

Being a child of immigrants myself, I intimately understand the unique struggles that come with being raised by immigrant parents, especially as a teen and a young adult. The challenges of mental health stigma, language barriers, conflicting values, and the loss of personal identity can be daunting. My mission is to empower any children of immigrant and Asian American clients to find their voice, assert their needs, and confidently embrace their values.

I am also dedicated to helping couples break free from cycles of conflict and providing supportive environment where they can explore the underlying causes of their challenges and develop healthier patterns of communication.

Gabrielle’s hourly rate is not fixed; she is open to talking with new clients about their fee options and encourages you to reach out if you’d like to learn more about working with her. All of our clinicians are available by phone to answer questions related to their services and fees.
