Veronica Haggerty is a Professional Counselor, Registered Nurse and Marriage and Family Therapist trained in many of the ‘best practice’ marriage and relationship education programs in the country. She knows the stages and pitfalls of marital intimacy in relationships and how, sometimes, this culminates into being stuck in doing the same things over and over again, only to get the same unhappy, unhealthy results.
A member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, Veronica has over twenty years experience working with couples, individuals and families providing understanding and knowledge on how to improve intimacy, communicate effectively, build trust, and resolve conflict, all the while, managing anger. Her specialty areas include trauma from affairs and infidelity, depression, anxiety, life transitions, violence, abuse, divorce, co-parenting, and engaging with the children and teens who are struggling with remarriage and blended families.
Veronica’s approach is compassionate and self reflective in helping individuals and couples identify inner road blocks that are preventing personal growth and happiness. Providing a safe and respectful therapeutic alliance with her clients is a priority and commitment, to each and every individual.
