Ms. Barry received her Master’s degree in Counseling from William Paterson University and completed Post-Graduate training in Couple and Family Therapy at Council for Relationships. She specializes in working with couples and adults of all ages integrating mindfulness-based, trauma sensitive and emotionally focused processes to help clients face and heal from challenging life issues. Ms. Barry supports couples to shift from patterns of conflict to safer connections promoting trust and intimacy. She also has 10+ years of experience working with individuals in recovery from addiction, supporting them as they create meaningful lives and healthier relationships.
