If you’re feeling like the weight of your past is becoming too heavy to carry alone, you’re in the right place. In our work together, I’ll offer a supportive and healing space where you can begin to recover from trauma, navigate anxiety, build healthy coping strategies, set boundaries that honor your needs, and work through relationship and attachment challenges.
Therapy isn’t just a profession for me. It’s a personal commitment to growth, healing, and liberation, both for myself and the communities I hold close. My path to becoming a therapist unfolded gradually, shaped by my lived experiences and the powerful stories of those I’ve encountered along the way. As a Black woman and immigrant who grew up in a low-income environment, I’ve witnessed firsthand how trauma, grief, fear, depression, anxiety, and loss often go unheard and unseen among marginalized communities. I saw a need and decided to create a space for healing. When I’m not practicing therapy, I’m often engaged with these same communities through community events or church. I also enjoy running and hiking with my friends when I’m not in the office.
When you feel ready to take the next step in your healing journey, I invite you to reach out and request an appointment or contact me for more information.
