Florda is passionate about treating mood and anxiety related conditions and helping individuals transform unhealthy thought processes to more productive outlooks on life.

Florda received her Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University, and is a licensed couple and family therapist. She is also a certified Foundational Theraplay Practitioner. In addition to her clinical work, she enjoys teaching essential counseling skills to therapists-in-training and contributing to research in mental health.
