Jenny Sandler (they/them) is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in working with queer and trans clients who want to heal from trauma. They use an integrative approach to therapy incorporating relational, socio-political, and neurobiological modalities. Jenny has 20 years of experience in the field of human sexuality and welcomes sex workers, kinky folks, and those exploring poly/ENM. They also support professional change makers and activists through compassionate attention to privilege/oppression and dismantling systems of power.
Jenny has extensive training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and is especially adept at helping clients with long term anxiety develop ease and peace. They also use EMDR and Internal Family Systems to help clients unburden from traumatic events and family dynamics. Jenny enjoys helping clients struggling with self-esteem and feelings of unworthiness, especially highly sensitive people (HSPs) and empaths.
