Reaching out for help can be a challenging first step, and I’m happy you decided to take it.

My name is Candice, and I’m a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping my clients excel as individuals, life partners, and professionals. As your therapist, I aim to foster a warm, collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. It’s okay to not be okay. I work closely with you on understanding where you currently stand, and where you want to be, and together we form the right paths to get there. Overall, I’m passionate about not just guiding others through some of life’s most testing situations, but doing so all while ensuring they feel heard, safe, and respected as they shift from feelings of uncertainty to a state of rebuild.

With a 20+ year career as a military veteran, corporate consultant, and professional life coach, I have built a dynamic inventory of experiences that have given me the opportunity to work alongside a diverse range of people and organizations. Later branching this professional acumen to explore my passion for personal development, it became the catalyst for me to pursue couples therapy with additional focuses on supporting others with life stressors and career transitions.

To date, I hold an MA in Clinical Psychology with emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy, several licenses/certs such as LAMFT and CPC, and received extensive training in Levels 1 and 2 of The Gottman Method as well as in Emotionally Focused Therapy. Outside of my work, you can usually find me spending time with my two adult children, being a proud dog mom, taking on DIY projects, and traveling to explore new places, customs, and cultures.

Don’t give up on your relationship, your career, or your ambitions just yet. Remember, just because a foundation is cracked does not mean it is unrepairable. So let’s connect and begin exploring deeper. Let’s find root causes, unveil internal emotional barriers causing external discourses, and together come up with the best course of action. Ultimately, no one should have to navigate the complexities of life and relationships alone, and I look forward to getting to know you.

Fee: $$$

Candice’s hourly rate is not fixed; she’s open to talking with new clients about their fee options and encourages you to reach out if you want to learn more about working with her. More information about fees can be found here.
