The first step in starting therapy is finding a therapist who understands your personality and fits with your goals. My work focuses on supporting and challenging folks who were taught their identity could only look a certain way. I believe you know yourself the best. I want to help you gain the confidence to identify your needs, rewrite unhelpful narratives, and strengthen support systems.

I graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with a Master’s in Family Therapy and a sex therapy specialization that focused on relationship and sexuality issues, including identity, desire, communication and intimacy issues, and sexual difficulties. I am a sex-positive, LGBTQ+, kink-and poly-affirming therapist. You shouldn’t be shamed for wanting to explore your identity, preferring an alternative relationship style, or having kinky desires. This is why providing sex education has also become essential to my clinical work and why I chose this profession. I hope to provide a safe space for folks to work through their difficulties while remaining authentic.
